Tip of the Day: Ideas

If you have an idea related to something in your job that creates greater efficiencies, allows your co-workers to do their jobs easier and helps your manager be a better manager, then talk about your idea with other people, write it down, refine it, think of the benefits and the ROI on the idea. Once you have clearly defined everything about this idea, then market the heck out of it!
