Position Summary
One World Consulting Group is seeking a VP of Business Development and Recruiting to build our client base and to promote the One World Consulting Group brand in the Greater Toronto Area.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend Business Meetings with existing and new clients to secure permanent and contract/project opportunities.
- Implement Full life-cycle recruiting efforts on all open positions.
- Responsible for the One World Consulting Group marketing efforts in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Work in partnership with the President and CEO of One World Consulting Group with driving new business development efforts.
- Participate in weekly team meeting calls.
- Recruit new members from the Greater Toronto Area to the One World Consulting Group Career Portal.
- Provide Career Coaching Services to members from the Greater Toronto Area of the Career Portal.
- Recruit and Manage new staff members.
- Other duties to be assigned in consultation with the President and CEO of One World Consulting Group.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development and/or recruiting role within the IT Staffing Industry.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Marketing or Technology.
- Successful Track Record of Solutions or Staffing Selling.
- Project Management and Business Strategy Experience.
- Outstanding Organizational and Communication Skills.
