Building a Master Resume – Key Tips
1. Typically go back 20 years and list all of the jobs and companies you worked for. Your master resume should be as many pages as it takes to capture all your information.
2. Focus on your Customer Service, Communication, Organizational Skills, Project Management Skills; and Leadership Skills.
3. Include key Accomplishments and Recommendations from each of your positions.
4. Make sure you list all courses, certifications, diplomas and degrees.
5. You should keep up-dating your Master Resume on a monthly basis. If you wait too long you may forget projects or other minor things you accomplished that could be relevant in getting your next job or promotion.
Building Targeted Resumes – Key Tips
1. Your resume should include the following format: ( Accomplishments; Recommendations, Work Experience; Education and Certifications).
2. Use similar language on your resume as the position you are applying for has.
3. As a general rule: keep the resume to 2 pages and be very specific in the information you include.

Negotiating the Best Job Offers – Key Tips
1. Always get as much as you can up-front ( Salary, sign-on bonus etc). Have a number in mind and stick to that number. Be realistic in your expectations.
2. If they are offering Salary + a Sign on Bonus, try to get the sign-on bonus rolled in as part of your salary and not just a one-time payment.
Building a Winning Linked-In Profile – Key Tips
1. Your goal is to get your network to 1000 connections.
2. Ask for recommendations from former co-workers and managers.
4. Provide a picture and contribute your opinion to topics that are related to your career.
5. Provide recommendations to people that you think highly of.
6. View profiles of key managers at companies you want to work for. This will get you noticed and people are always curious as to who has viewed their profiles.

- REALLY TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WANT A PARTICULAR JOB AND VISUALIZE YOURSELF IN THAT JOB. IF YOU CAN SEE IT, THAT WILL BECOME YOUR REALITY.
