Building a Master Resume – Key Tips
- Typically go back 20 years and list all of the jobs and companies you worked for. Your master resume should be as many pages as it takes to capture all your information.
- Focus on your Customer Service, Communication, Organizational, Project Management and Leadership Skills.
- Include key Accomplishments and Recommendations from each of your positions.
- Make sure you list all courses, certifications, diplomas and degrees.
- You should keep up-dating your Master Resume on a monthly basis. If you wait too long you may forget projects or other minor things you accomplished that could be relevant in getting your next job or promotion.
