Tip of the Day:Conduct a Year in Review

It is important for us to reflect on the past year and look at the wins and losses we have experienced. Write down the key highlights and lowlights of the past year and think of things you did that allowed you to get the wins and things you could have done to turn some of the losses into wins. Reflection is a great thing to do and allows you to position yourself and your company for greater success in the coming year
