Tip of the Day: Look for the win-win in all situations

When trying to complete projects or work with a co-worker or supervisor that may think differently then you, take a step back and think about what they are saying and try to create a solution that satisfies all the basic needs of each individual.  This is a great starting point in creating a win-win situation for all.
