Tip of the Day: How to get Promoted- Step 1

Listen to the wants and needs of your boss and put forward ideas that help satisfy those wants and needs.  The key is to try and “get” who your boss is, where is their pain, and provide workable solutions to their pain.  It is a simple formula, but one that is very hard to implement.
