It is amazing that when there is a holiday weekend, on average more hiring managers will be glued to their mobile devices or laptops checking e-mails.  This is the best time as a job seeker to get your resume in front of a hiring manager….as the odds of them seeing your resume dramatically goes up over holiday weekends!
