Paul is a great career coach. I had the pleasure of working with him as I was going through the application and interview process for my current position. He reviewed my answers to an application questionnaire and gave me some very helpful tips. He helped me prepare for my interview and gave me great pointers on negotiating my salary and benefits. I believe his help helped me get a higher salary than I would have on my own. After I started my new job, Paul met with me a few times to help me problem solve some issues that came up around a project. He was also available via email to answer any career questions I might have. He offered multiple times to help me with my resume but at the time I didn’t take him up on his offer.
